A camera module and a terminal. The camera module comprises an optical protection window (110), an infrared cut-off filter (140), and an antireflection coating (220). The antireflection coating (220) is located on at the least one surface of the optical protection window (110) through which a light ray passes, or the antireflection coating (220) is located on at least one surface of the infrared cut-off filter (140) through which a light ray passes. The antireflection coating (220) comprises a plurality of conical antireflection structures (221). The bottom diameter (D1) of each conical antireflection structure (221) ranges from 40nm to 150nm, and the top diameter (D2) of the conical antireflection structure (221) is 0 to 30% of the bottom diameter (D1). The height (H0) of each conical antireflection structure (221) ranges from 150nm to 300nm. The distance (W) between every two adjacent conical antireflection structures (221) is 1/5 to 1/3 of a wavelength of a waveband of visible light. The camera module provided with the antireflection coating (220) can reduce light reflection and effectively suppress the problems of ghost and glare.
