A male connector having flexible-piece fasteners, comprising a housing (1), a cable, and a nylon plastic body (2) arranged within the housing. One flexible-piece fastener (4) is arranged at either side of the nylon plastic body. The flexible-piece fasteners are fixed at one extremity thereof to the nylon plastic body. The flexible-piece fasteners integrally form on the other extremity thereof locking hooks (41). The nylon plastic body is connected to an insertion pad (3). The front extremity of the cable is a docking extremity. The docking extremity is affixed to the nylon plastic body and pressed tight against the nylon plastic body by the insertion pad. The flexible-piece fasteners are engaged within grooves at either side of a female connector after being inserted into the female connector and thus cannot be unplugged freely. This employs an affixed-line structure, obviates the need for stamping terminals, obviates work processes such as terminal stamping, electroplating, and assembly, and, with the docking extremity of the cable being cut with a jig, affixed onto the nylon plastic body, and pressed tight using the insertion pad, provides high product reliability and product inexpensiveness. |
