PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: when a user checks whether all the required documents have been acquired or not in a routine work which organizes a plurality of prepared document files for binding, while the document files more than or less than required are bound due to operation error during binding, thereby reducing work efficiency.SOLUTION: An image processing server which generates a binder file including one or more document files and having one or more chapters includes: holding means for holding a template in which chapters of the binder file is defined; generation means for adding a new chapter to the template according to a user instruction and generating a ticket for inserting a document file to the added chapter; presentation means for presenting the ticket to a user; and insertion means for specifying a chapter where the document file is inserted according to the ticket designated by the user, and inserting the document file to the specified chapter. |
