PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeder whose opening/closing member can be prevented from being detached from the feeder's body during a time such as the transportation of the feeder.SOLUTION: A projection 53 is provided in a body. A concave notch 49 is provided in an extension part 45 of a tray, the concave notch 49 becoming open toward the projection 53 when the tray is being closed. When the tray is being closed, the projection 53 protrudes into the notch 49. A front side face 55 of the notch 49 opposes to the projection 53 from the front side, and a rear side face 56 of the notch 49 opposes to the projection 53 from the rear side. In this way, the tray is prevented from moving back and forth. |
