PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress surplus materials in manufacture of a dowel and to make cutting and bar arrangement work efficient.SOLUTION: When two steel plates dowels 30a, 30b are manufactured from one rectangular steel plate 50, one end part 51 of the steel plate 50 is defined as a lower end part 311a of a base part 31a of a first steel plate dowel 30a and the other end part 52 of the steel plate 50 is defined as a lower end part 311b of a base part 31b of a second steel plate dowel 30b. An upper end part 312a of the base part 31a of the first steel plate dowel 30a and a contour predetermined line Ga of a projection part 32a, and an upper end part 312b of the base part 31b of the second steel plate dowel 30b and a contour predetermined line Gb of the projection part 32b are put one over the other to meet each other between the one end part 51 and the other end part 52 of the steel plate 50, and the contour predetermined lines are defined as cutting lines F. Then the steel plate 50 is cut along the cutting lines F to separate the first and second steel plate dowels 30a, 30b from each other. |
