PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring type pulverizer which can perform uniform pulverization/dispersion with good energy efficiency by causing mixture of pulverization media and raw material slurry to generate a uniform and stable spiral flow free from segregation of force due to a centrifugal force.SOLUTION: A media stirring type pulverizer of the present invention includes a guide ring which constitutes a pulverizing chamber lower portion inward part and an annular pulverizing chamber lower portion outward part by radially dividing a pulverizing chamber lower portion. A flow of the mixture of raw material slurries and pulverization media is formed in a spiral flow flowing through a circulation path in which the pulverizing chamber lower portion outward part is used as an ascent passage and the pulverizing chamber lower portion inward part is used as a descent passage, centering on the guide ring. Also, a rotating flow control means is provided in the pulverizing chamber for stabilizing the spiral flow and strengthening a secondary flow of the spiral flow. |
