PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forwarding object having the selling promotion effect capable of making a receiver of the forwarding object embrace a desire for opening by imparting an interest in the forwarding object, and to provide the forwarding object having confidentiality and security capable of surely making a user (the receiver of the forwarding object) of a card coincide with, for example, an applicant of an application form.SOLUTION: The forwarding object is formed so that an upper paper piece having a first window part formed by clipping a part of a paper piece, a card having a machine-readable code on a reverse surface and a lower paper piece having a second window part formed by clipping a part of the paper piece, are superposed in this order, and the machine-readable code is provided in any of a surface opposed to the card of the upper paper piece or a surface opposed to the card of the lower paper piece, and the machine-readable code of the card is arranged on the inside of the second window part so that a surface of the card can be visually confirmed from the first window part, and the peripheral edges of the upper paper piece and the lower paper piece are mutually adhered. |
