PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method to obtain loratadine-containing intraoral disintegrable tablets excellent in both intraoral disintegrability and drug releasability without using a special manufacturing equipment, and loratadine-containing intraoral disintegrable tablets obtained with the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing loratadine-containing intraoral disintegrable tablets includes steps of: using loratadine in a solution state or suspension state; performing two-step granulation processing; and making the proportion of granulated object in the first step at 50 wt.% of the weight of tablets or less. The loratadine-containing intraoral disintegrable tablets obtained with the manufacturing method are also provided. |
