PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform conversion device that converts a time waveform such as oscillation, a noise and the like, enables emphasis on or erasure of a time fluctuation of a waveform component of a specific frequency band in an inputted original time waveform, and causes reduction in an error due to a side lobe and the like.SOLUTION: The waveform conversion device comprises: extracting an envelope of a first waveform component serving as a waveform component within a selection frequency band in a first time waveform; performing an envelope process of extracting the waveform component within the selection fluctuation frequency band in the envelope; separating the first time waveform into the first waveform component and a second waveform component serving as a waveform component of a non-selection frequency band; subjecting a filtering process of changing a gain of a filter timewise in accordance with a time change in an envelope waveform obtained by the envelope process with respect to the first waveform component, and thereby generating a third waveform component; and synthesizing the third waveform component with the second waveform component. |
