PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible system in which when monitoring a device by means of a basic monitoring software, a service specialized in support for another company's machine (for example, an additional software) can be used in combination timely.SOLUTION: A monitoring device 101 acquires, as a basic monitoring software function, a list of devices to be monitored (S402), acquires information on services to be executed to the devices to be monitored (S403), determines whether an additional software is needed in accordance with the acquired information on services (S404), requests a license of the additional software to a license management system when the additional software is determined to be needed (S407), executes the service to a part of the devices included in the list, and gives an instruction to a validated additional software on the basis of the license so that the service is executed to remaining devices included in the list (S408, S409). |
