PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the degree of influence of a user on other users, without using the contents of users' intercommunication carried out using a communication service.SOLUTION: An information acquisition section 101 acquires registered information, which is information registered by a user belonging to a user group in which intercommunication using a communication service is carried out, and which includes an identifier by which, in the communication service, each user identifies other user with whom the user mutually communicates using the communication service. In a case where the registered information includes an identifier that identifies information other than an individual one, a removal section 102 removes the registered information. An evaluation section 103 is evaluation means for evaluating the degree of influence of one user belonging to the user group on other users. The evaluation section 103 evaluates the degree of influence based on, among pieces of registered information acquired for each user by the information acquisition section 101, at least the information registered by the one user. |
