The device (100) has a counter bearing that is provided to support the subject matter along the fastening direction (110). A shaft (150) is protruded through a head (120) along the fastening direction. Tip portions (165) of shaft are provided opposite to end of counter bearing. The counter bearing is provided with contact surface (130) for planting counter bearing at subject matter. The shaft is provided with reinforcing rib (180) which is extended to counter bearing.
