A window regulator 1 is provided with: a drive unit 20; a base plate 24 having the drive unit 20 mounted thereto; a sector gear 27 rotating relative to the base plate 24; and an arm 10 rotating with the sector gear 27. The arm 10 is provided with a flat plate-shaped inner extension section 11 extending in the longitudinal direction at the center of the arm 10 in the width direction thereof; and a pair of outer bead sections 12 formed at both ends in the width direction. The outer bead sections 12 have tilted sections 120 at the ends of the arm 10 in the width direction thereof. The tilted sections 120 extend from the position of an affixation section 11c in the longitudinal direction of the arm 10 toward the base end 10a of the arm 10. |
