PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which is properly used for a type of electronic apparatus vibrating a panel attached to a housing.SOLUTION: An electronic device is provided with: a piezoelectric element; a panel to which the piezoelectric element is fixed, the panel vibrated by the piezoelectric element and generating air conduction sounds and vibration sounds transmitted by vibrating a part of a human body; a housing supporting the panel; a microphone mounted in a position at the substrate in the housing which is located near a first end part of the panel; and a buffer member placed at a position at the substrate which is located near the microphone, contacts with the first end part of the panel, and buffers vibrations of the first end part. The structure reduces noise collected by the microphone. |
