PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an internal temperature may be elevated by charging/discharging a secondary battery, the secondary battery should be used while being cooled since lifetime characteristics may be affected when the temperature is elevated, and running cost may be increased by wasting power when the secondary battery is cooled at random by using a cooling device.SOLUTION: A preset temperature of a cooling device for a secondary battery is not fixed but the preset temperature of the cooling device for cooling the secondary battery is determined based on a sum of an estimated value of a maximum temperature elevation degree of the secondary battery and an estimated value of a maximum temperature on the day. Thus, running cost is reduced without sacrificing the temperature-based lifetime of the secondary battery. |
