PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device in which heat generation, noise, and vibration can be suppressed.SOLUTION: In an on-vehicle device for transmitting a power wave for driving to a ground device, the on-vehicle device includes a rack, and a heat sink, a substrate, a connection body and a vibration proof component are mounted on the rack. The heat sink is connected to the solder surface side of the substrate and electrically connected to a signal ground. The substrate is electrically connected to the signal ground, the solder surface side of the substrate is connected to the heat sink, and the component surface side of the substrate is connected to the connection body. The connection body is an insulation body and has conductive connection components at both ends thereof. One end of the connection body is connected to the component surface side of the substrate and the other end is connected to the vibration proof component to physically connect between the substrate and the vibration proof component. The vibration proof component is connected to the connection body and the rack, and electrically connected to a frame ground. |
