PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system that can enhance air conditioning performance of controlling humidity, temperature, etc., of air-conditioning air although employing a relative simple configuration, and an operation method therefor.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system includes a first acting passage R3 in which air taken in from outside a room is circulated in a state of being connected to an exhaust passage R2 by a first connection part K1 in addition to an air supply passage R1, and also includes: a first heat exchange part 11 which cools air in the air supply passage R1 between a first air supply region D1a and a second air supply region D2a with air circulating in the exhaust passage R2; and a first heating part 12 for cooling which heats air in the exhaust passage R2 between the first connection part K1 and a first exhaust region D1b in cooling operation. |
