PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion secondary battery positive electrode material which allows an electric property to be ensured when being used for a lithium ion secondary battery, and enables the corrosion of a current collector to be sufficiently suppressed even if a positive electrode active material containing Mn or Ni is used as the positive electrode active material.SOLUTION: The positive electrode material of the invention is a slurry composition for lithium ion secondary battery positive electrode use. The slurry composition comprises: a positive electrode active material containing at least one of Mn and Ni; a polymer A including 15-60 mass% of monomer units including acidic functional groups, and having a weight-average molecular weight of 10000-200000; a particulate polymer B including 10 mass% or less of monomer units including acidic functional groups; a conductive material; and water. |
