PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately start an operating system of a computer by skipping initialization processing of a peripheral device in which an abnormality has occurred while holding customized settings.SOLUTION: A value of an initialization target specifying parameter F(i) corresponding to a peripheral device M(i) whose initialization processing has not normally finished is rewritten to a value of 1 indicating non-execution of the initialization processing, thereby excluding it from an execution target of next initialization processing to be performed after restarting. By skipping the initialization processing of the peripheral device M(i) in which an abnormality has occurred, occurrence of an error is prevented, so that an operating system of a computer can be appropriately started. |
