PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-speed correspondence between a model showing a shape of an object and an observation point acquired by measuring the object in a model fitting processing.SOLUTION: Index values are attached to coordinate values of a plurality of observation points for an object, and they are held in an observation point table holding unit 140 as an observation point table. Furthermore, an index map image in which each of the index values in the observation point table is made to be a value of a pixel corresponding to each of the coordinate values is held in an index map holding unit 170. Then, a model point input unit 130 inputs a coordinate value of a model point showing a geometric feature in a model, and a model point coordinate conversion unit 180 converts the coordinate value showing the model point into a two-dimensional coordinate system of the index map image. Then an index map reference unit 190 acquires an index value of the observation point table from the value of the pixel of the index map image corresponding to the converted coordinate value. By referring to the observation point table based on the acquired index value, the observation point corresponding to the model point can be specified. |
