PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit sound noise having an audible frequency which is caused by ultrasonic vibrations of an ultrasonic cleaning apparatus.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus 10 includes: an ultrasonic vibrator 12A which vibrates a cleaning fluid in a cleaning tank 11 by an ultrasonic wave to clean a cleaned object 40 in the cleaning tank 11; a vibration sensor 20 which detects vibrations occurring in the cleaning tank 11; a driving circuit 14 which drives the ultrasonic vibrator 12A to cause the ultrasonic wave to vibrate; and a control part 30 which controls the driving circuit 14 according to a level of audible vibrations detected by the vibration sensor 20 and changes a frequency of the ultrasonic wave. |
