PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole machining apparatus capable of performing reamer machining even at a narrow place, and a machining method.SOLUTION: A hole machining apparatus includes a reamer 10 which has a cutting portion 21 for reamer-machining a machining hole 72; a guide shaft 12 integrally rotating on either one of a front side or a rear side of an axis position of the reamer 10; a feeding shaft 11 integrally rotating on the other of the axis position of the reamer 10; a guide member 14 for guiding the guide shaft 12 at an opening portion of the machining hole 72; and a feeding member 13 for feeding the feeding shaft 11 in an axial direction at the opening portion of the machining hole 72. At least one of the guide shaft 12 and the feeding shaft 11 has a rotation transmitting portion 30 for rotating the reamer 10, and between the feeding shaft 11 and the feeding member 13, a feeding mechanism 43 for feeding the feeding shaft 11 in the axial direction by integrally rotating the reamer 10 is provided. |
