PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous composite resin composition securing a practically sufficient pot life and enabling a coating film excellent in water resistance and solvent resistance to be formed.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an aqueous composite resin composition containing (A) a composite resin particle which contains a part or all of an epoxy resin (a2) in a polyester resin (a1) having a sulfonate group and has a mass ratio of the polyester resin (a1) and the epoxy resin (a2), [(a1)/(a2)] in the range of 95/5 to 30/70, (B) an aqueous medium and (C) a curing agent which contains a resin particle (c1) having a carboxyl group or its neutralized base. The invention also relates to a coating agent. |
