The invention relates to a vehicle for transporting passengers, comprising an air conditioner (K) for conditioning air that is to be fed to a passenger compartment (I) in the vehicle. The air conditioner (K) comprises a cold unit (KT) that includes a heat exchanger with an associated fan (L) which discharges waste air from the heat exchanger out of the vehicle. The passenger compartment (I) is fluidically connected, via an exit air duct (Z), to an air suction side of the fan (L) associated with the heat exchanger in order for the fan (L) to evacuate exit air (FOL) from the passenger compartment (I).
