PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of receiving a plurality of image signals and displaying a plurality of images on a display based on the plurality of image signals with a small power consumption.SOLUTION: A display control device is capable of receiving a plurality of image signals from a connected external device and displaying a plurality of images on a display based on the plurality of image signals. The display control device includes: a plurality of receiving circuits for receiving the plurality of image signals; detection means for detecting the signal reception at each receiving circuit; and control means for controlling supply/non-supply of a driving power to each receiving circuit. The external device outputs a master sync signal from one output terminal at start-up, and then outputs the plurality of image signals from a plurality of output terminals. The control means supplies the driving power only to the receiving circuit which receives the master sync signal, and when the reception of the master sync signal is detected by the detection means, the control means starts supplying the driving power to other receiving circuits. |
