PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle riding type vehicle capable of improving the weight balance by distributing a pressing force generating source and a water pump, which are heavies, to both sides in the vehicle width direction of an internal combustion engine to prevent them from interfering with each other.SOLUTION: In a saddle riding type vehicle with a power unit (20) swingably connected to and supported on a vehicle frame, an OHC type internal combustion engine (30) has side walls formed in a rectangular cylinder shape by side walls (100L, 100R) facing in the vehicle width direction and side walls (100U, 100S) facing in the vertical direction. A pressing force generating source (75) is installed to one of the side walls (100L, 100R) facing in the vehicle width direction. The OHC type internal combustion engine (30) is a water-cooled internal combustion engine, and a water pump (150) is supported on, between the side walls (100L, 100R) facing in the vehicle width direction, the side wall on the opposite side from the side wall to which the pressing force generating source (75) is installed. |
