PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decrease in processing efficiency from input to output, even for image data received from an external image processing apparatus.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 100 includes an identification information detection unit 210 for detecting identification information transmitted from an external image processing apparatus 103, an additional information storage device 104 for storing additional information about image processing of image data, in association with the identification information, in the external image processing apparatus 103, and an additional information control unit 23 for reading the additional information corresponding to the identification information thus detected from the additional information storage device 104, and setting it in an image processing unit 22. A total control unit 3 performs the processing of storing the image data in parallel with the reading of the additional information in the additional information control unit 23. |
