PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit including a specimen for detecting target gene to prevent erroneous determination caused by the undesirability of a hybridizing temperature.SOLUTION: The kit for detecting the target gene includes the specimen, a first standard gene and a second standard gene. At least the first detection probe and the second detection probe, which can be hybridized to the target gene at a temperature of from T°C to T°C, are immobilized on the specimen to enable discrimination of the existence of the mutation of the target gene at the temperature of from T°C to T°C. The first standard gene is an oligonucleotide which includes a given first portion, and the second standard gene is an oligonucleotide which includes a given second portion. |
