PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce accidents related to vehicles, in a case where, a baby buggy, a wheel chair, a bicycle, an electric cart, or the like approaches from behind other persons, the approach of the vehicle is not noticed because it is silent since it does not make a sound with a mover or the like, causing severe accidents many times between a vehicle and pedestrian, between light vehicles, or the like.SOLUTION: A body 1 includes a hook-like fitting part 2 which discourages coming off after attached to a wheel spoke with ease, with a surface thereof covered with a reflector 7, containing a groove 3 for fixing a clip 4. A connection part between the groove 3 and a clip 4 is secured by pinching pressure of the clip 4, with the clip 4 connected to a bell 5 which is a sound source using a spring 6. The body 1 which has the fitting part 2 is made from metal or pottery which is easy to resonate, being hollow, with a ball 8 or the bell 5 contained inside. |
