The cloth bonding apparatus comprises a nozzle, a nozzle support part, an upper cloth guide mechanism and a lower cloth guide mechanism. The nozzle extends in the extension direction. The nozzle support part supports the left end of the nozzle. The upper cloth guide mechanism is disposed on the nozzle support part and guides upper cloth towards the downstream side in the transfer direction. The lower cloth guide mechanism is fixed to the right end of the nozzle. The lower cloth guide mechanism is contacted with the right-side edge end of the lower cloth, prevents the right-side edge side of the lower cloth from moving in the direction crossing the transfer direction, and guides the lower cloth towards the downstream side of the transfer direction. Discharging outlets of the nozzle discharge a bonding agent to the right-side edge portion of the lower cloth guided by the lower cloth guide mechanism. The lower cloth guide mechanism is fixed to the right end of the nozzle so that the relative position relation of the nozzle and the lower cloth guide mechanism are constant.
