PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical activity promotor capable of being ingested at high activity.SOLUTION: Provided is a physical activity promotor comprising lutein-reinforced (added) milk as an effective component. More concretely, the physical activity promotor comprising lutein by 200 μg/kg or more as a physical activity promotor. This physical activity promotor promotes the physical activity of the living body and increases the quantity of physical activity, thus can be applied to a preventive or therapeutic agent of life habit diseases. |
