PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve shrink of a comparator and a high-speed pre-driver.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a comparator 181 which operates between a higher voltage VH(=Vin) and a lower voltage VL lower than the higher voltage; and a lower voltage generation part 185 for generating the lower voltage VL from the higher voltage VH in a manner such that a voltage difference(=VH-VL) between the higher voltage VH and the lower voltage VL becomes lower than element withstand voltage (e.g., 5.5 V) of the comparator 181. |
