PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for continuous execution of precise charge and discharge control in a system interconnected power storage device, depending on the changing power supply and demand situation.SOLUTION: A charge and discharge control system 100 is constituted of an arithmetic unit 104 executing secondary processing for creating the charge and discharge plan of a storage battery in a power network, for minimizing the variation of supply and demand relationship indicated by the power supply and demand prediction information at a first moment in time of a storage device 101, under limitation of the capacity range of the storage battery, and storing the charge and discharge plan in the storage device 101, notifying the storage battery of a charge and discharge instruction based on a charge and discharge plan related to a first period, creating a charge and discharge plan of the storage battery related to a second period based on the predetermined information obtained about the power network at a second moment in time, storing the charge and discharge plan related to the second period thus created in the storage device 101, and notifying the storage battery of the charge and discharge instruction based on the charge and discharge plan related to the second period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
