PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver having light blade parts on which cooling effects are improved by promoting the vaporization of cooling water, capable of compatibly securing the strength as an exterior member and high water retention.SOLUTION: The louver having the blade parts arranged outside a building includes encircling members each forming the outer shape of the blade part and having a plurality of vent holes formed passing therethrough, sheet-like water retention members stored and held in a space partitioned and formed by each of the encircling members, and a water supply mechanism for supplying water to the sheet-like water retention members. The single faces of the sheet-like water retention members are opposed to the vent holes. |
