The present invention concerns a food product with hemp, cooked or intended for cooking, comprising at least one mixture of flour, water and yeast characterised in that the flour mixture comprises 600-900 g soft wheat flour; 50-200 g durum wheat flour and 5-200 g hemp flour per kg. The invention also concerns a yeast starter and a process for producing the same, a kit for making the food product and a process for producing a leavened bread from dough comprising wheat flour and hemp flour. |
