PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alert when there is a possibility of incorrect transmission by comparing an electronic mail content with an electronic mail transmitted in the past.SOLUTION: A mail server 101, on receipt of an electronic mail from a client terminal 102 through a client communication unit 301, analyzes the content of the received mail to calculate a field to which the electronic mail belongs and field composition indicative of the degree of belonging to the field. Then, a transmission possibility decision unit 303 of the mail server 101 calculates similarity between the calculated field composition and the field composition of the electronic mail transmitted in the past, to compare with a preset threshold to decide the transmission possibility of the received electronic mail. When the electronic mail transmission is decided to be impossible, the mail server 101 reserves the electronic mail and transmits a predetermined alert mail to the transmission source. |
