PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sprinkler fire-extinguishing pump system capable of executing a jockey pump operation and a sprinkler operation by dispensing with a jockey pump.SOLUTION: A control device of each story zone of a medium-high rise building includes: selection means that selects a jockey pump operation or a sprinkler operation on the basis of a pressure value detected by pressure detection means; and setup means that sets a pressure and an operation frequency of a pump necessary for controlling the selected operation. A control device of a story zone, the pressure value of which has been detected in the respective story zones, selects the jockey pump operation or the sprinkler operation on the basis of the pressure value detected by the pressure detection means, emits an operation command corresponding to the selected operation, to a pump system of a lower story zone one story previous thereto. A control device of the lower story zone, one story previous thereto, starts the operation of the pump and replies an answer-back signal to the pump system of the story zone. |
