PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding tape having excellent workability and wear resistance.SOLUTION: A binding tape 1 comprises a buffer material layer 3 composed of synthetic resin foam, a film layer 2 on one face of the buffer material layer 3, and an adhesive layer 4 having self-adhesiveness on the other face of the buffer material layer 3.
