PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely prevent a webbing from rubbing a movable element of an operation relay device, and smoothly wind and deliver the webbing.SOLUTION: An operation relay device 12 is arranged on a door on which a seat belt device, an inside handle, and a door latch are assembled. The operation relay device 12 includes a base member 17 fixed to the door, and movable elements 19, 22 which are arranged on a movable element arrangement part 175 of the base member 17 and can operate so as to transmit operation of the inside handle to the door latch. The base member 17 includes a guide part 174 which protrudes to a side surface of a webbing 14, and can guide the webbing 14 in winding and delivering directions while contacting with the side surface of the webbing 14 to prevent the side surface of the webbing 14 from contacting with the movable elements 19, 22. |
