PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the position of at least one direction of the horizontal direction and drawing direction of two units.SOLUTION: A unit positioning mechanism includes: a horizontal positioning member (positioning guide 10) positioning a first unit (upper stage unit 2) and a second unit (lower stage unit 3) to one direction in a horizontal surface; a holding mechanism 20 slidably holding the horizontal positioning member to the one direction; a first contact member (positioning roller 9U) provided in the first unit; and a second contact member (positioning roller 9L) provided in the second unit. Conveyance passages of the first unit and second unit are connected in a state where the first contact member and the second contact member contact with the horizontal positioning member. |
