PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing which is configured by the minimum number of components, can be simply attached with a circuit substrate, and has a high sealing property.SOLUTION: A sensor casing 1 having at least one sensor element 2, has a crosspiece-shaped casing projecting portion 3 provided so as to be stored in a cutting groove extending in a longitudinal direction of a casing of a linear drive device. In the casing projecting portion 3, at least one slender crosspiece-shaped circuit substrate 5 extending in the longitudinal direction is arranged.
