PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management system, an energy management method, and a server device that can provide appropriate information for an electric power user in an easy-to-understand manner.SOLUTION: An energy management system is characterized by obtaining information including a residual time of a reference time used for electric power charge calculation of a user by a power company, a usable power amount which is a power consumption amount usable in the reference time, a cumulative used power amount consumed by a load apparatus 16 of the user from the start of the reference time to now, and an expected power consumption by a load apparatus 16 which is not used at the moment, estimates a cumulative used power amount in the reference time on the basis of the information, determines whether use of the load apparatus 16 which is not used at the moment will be permitted or not, and displays on a communication terminal 11 a load apparatus 16 about which it has been determined that its use is permitted and is not used at the moment. |
