摘要 Disclosed are glucose-sensitive nanoparticles which includes a phenylboronic acid derivative and a biocompatible polymer, and is prepared as an amphiphilic conjugate having chemical binding between the phenylboronic acid derivative and the biocompatible polymer. The use of the composition can effectively collect glucose in the cancer tissue, thereby simultaneously performing diagnosis and therapy of cancer.
