The invention relates to medicine, in particular to endocrinology and can be used for predicting the risk of appearance of cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy in type 1 diabetes mellitus.The method, according to the invention, involves clinical and paraclinical examination, where are set the following parameters: severity of diabetic nephropathy (ND), occurrence of diabetic ketoacidosis (CAD), duration of diabetes (DD), then is calculated the discriminant function (F) according to the formula:F=-4,972+1,767·ND+1,530·CAD+0,078·DD,in the event when F > 0 is predicted the risk of appearance of cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy in type 1 diabetes mellitus, and when F < 0 is predicted the absence of the risk of appearance of neuropathy. |
