The system (1) has an electrical motor (2) with a driving shaft cooperated with an opening frame (5) by a transmission unit (4). A locking unit (7) maintains the opening frame in a closing position. The motor is mounted movable in rotation around the driving shaft. An electromagnetic clutch type control unit (8) blocks the rotation of the motor. The control unit constitutes an unlocking control unit and the locking unit in an initial opening phase.
