A dispenser of a flowable medium, especially a lubricant, with a flexible wall tube forming the pumping chamber which is connected to a container for the flowable medium by a checkvalve and feeds a dispensing nozzle. The pumping chamber is deformed by a plunger actuated by a lever in turn displaced by a solenoid whose linearly displaceable rod bears upon the lever.
