The device for baking food products, especially rice cakes, consists of the engine (1) placed in the rigid casing (1), connected by the means of the clutch (2), to the toothed gear (3) of the engine (1), which drives indirectly, by the use of the chain, the rod connecting mechanism that lifts the baking molds for rice cakes, as well as the grain dispensing mechanism of the drawer, which consists of the engine (1), connected by means of the clutch (2), to the toothed gear (3) of the engine (1) and the axle (4) with racks fixed at its ends, as well as the connecting rod (5), which moves vertically, and is linked to the axle (4).The baking molds (6) have a heating system, which is opposite to the one driven by the chain connected with the engine (1) gear. The end of the axle(4) has a rack (7) that drives, by means of the chain, the drawer moving mechanism (8) and valve(9) of the grain dispenser. |
