The application relates to an intravascular microcatheter for delivering active substances comprising a proximal end portion, a stem, and a distal end portion with an atraumatic tip, characterised in that it comprises a main channel (7) for delivering active substances centrally positioned and parallel to a lateral guidewire channel (6) arranged at least on the section of the distal end portion (3) of the microcatheter in which there is placed an active substance delivery region (4) with regularly distributed pores (5) in a number of 20 to 200, whereas the atraumatic tip (8) of the microcatheter is devoid of pores and closed. |
