The cutting tool has a cassette (2) holding three detachable cutter plates (13-15) adapted for machining a longitudinal groove (3) in a workpiece (10). The cassette is accommodated in a recess in a tool shaft (1) with a tapered tip and a cylindrical main body. The cutter plates are of rhomboidal shape and are connected to the cassette by screws. Further screws hold the cassette in its recess in the tool shaft. |
