The decoupler has an upper part (1) and a base part (2) arranged in two vertically lying horizontal planes. The upper part and the base part are rotationally or symmetrically arranged in pairs in a bearing (3) at six degrees of freedom one above the other. A coupling rod (4) is located on the bearing. Right and left sides of the coupling rod are extended in the bearing, where radius of the coupling rod is reduced from bottom to top around a vertical axis. A center part of a flow energy converter is mounted on the upper part for rigid fixing of the base part. |
